Notice of Funding Availability [NOFA] for Continuum of Care [CoC] Funded Projects – HUD provides funding annually to nonprofit providers, States, and local governments to quickly re-house homeless individuals and families while minimizing the trauma and dislocation caused to homeless individuals, families, and communities by homelessness; to promote access to and effective utilization of mainstream programs by homeless individuals and families; and to optimize self-sufficiency among individuals and families experiencing homelessness.

ODFC Budget and Contracts – Standards and Evaluations Committee, in coordination with the ODFC Finance Committee, manages the ODFC Budget and is responsible for the creation and monitoring of contracts allocated by HUD Planning Grant Funds. 

Monitoring and Evaluations of HUD Funded Projects – Standards & Evaluations committee determines project renewal funding based on the results of agency level performance evaluations to reflect HUD performance measures and progress in obtaining & maintaining permanent housing.
