Crisis Response And Coordinated Access Network [CAN]

Purpose: 

  • Oversees Fairfield County Regional Coordinated Access Network [FC—CAN] operations
  • Enhances process of prioritizing individuals and families for housing resources to include, but is not limited to: Emergency Shelter, Permanent Supportive Housing and Rapid Rehousing
  • Aligns local activities to statewide strategies as they evolve
  • Serves as conduit between statewide CAN leadership, Fairfield County CAN and ODFC Continuum of Care [CoC]
